Built by a founder who wanted the firm he never had.
Nate DaPore founded Roo Capital after building, scaling, and exiting companies across three different industries. He knew what founders actually needed from an investor, and it wasn't just capital. It was someone who had been in the seat, understood the hurdles, and could help with the things most VCs couldn't: the right hire at the right moment, the right door opened at the right time.
Roo was built around that belief. A firm where capital, talent, and growth weren't three separate promises, they were one integrated model, available to every founder from day one.
Today, we are investing out of Roo Capital Discovery Fund II - a $125M early-stage fund - after fully deploying Fund I - a $75M fund with the same strategy. Three years in, the strategy is the same: back the most ambitious founders rebuilding industries and give them everything we have to help them win.
